About Walt Unwrapped

Walt Unwrapped is a small independent publisher of nostalgic gift books, puzzles and memory games for seniors and the families who love them.

Walt is our friendly mascot: a grandpa who loves a good story about soda fountains, Saturday-morning cartoons and the price of a gallon of gas in 1957.

What we care about

• Easy to read. Big print, clear layouts and the Atkinson Hyperlegible typeface, made for low-vision readers.
• Checked facts. Our trivia is checked against reliable sources, and every answer comes with a fun fact.
• Gentle fun. Relaxing puzzles that start conversations, never stress.
• Honest. Our puzzles are for fun. We don't make medical promises.

Who we make them for

• Grandparents and parents who love a trip down memory lane.
• Families looking for a thoughtful gift or a fun birthday party.
• Activity directors in care homes and senior centers who need fresh, easy-to-print pages.
